My room was spacious and well-appointed! I particularly appreciated the comfortable sun loungers near the pool. It was easy to relax. I enjoyed the golf course access and found it to be a wonderful addition to my stay. The staff were helpful with directions. I found it easy to get around.

the pool was a good size. many sun beds were available. the spa provided a good experience. breakfast included fresh fruit and juices. majorcan olive oil and honey provided a local touch. beds were super comfortable and the room offered all necessary creature comforts. i stayed on the 8th floor facing the main entrance and saw the mountains.

i found that there were not many options to walk to in the immediate area. i needed a car or taxi to go anywhere off-site.

the entire hotel team was first class. all staff were very helpful and cute. pre-arrival contact included requests. this hotel provided the exact room number i requested. excellent breakfast was offered, with friendly efficient service.

the breakfast offered a very good choice. our room overlooked the bay, and the hotel location offered a nice view. the hotel was beautiful. the hotel had easy access to the city, about 15 minutes by taxi. i felt relaxed from the beginning to the end of my stay.

i think the main restaurant could improve. the staff shared the nationality of reserved guests. this experience seemed rather disgusting and i felt the manager could have addressed the situation more directly.

the hotel team was first class. all members were very helpful. it reminded me of a family. the breakfast was fantastic, including friendly, efficient service and a great choice of food. i particularly appreciated the complimentary cava, a nice touch.

i noticed the improvements to the son vida golf course. however, the son muntaner fairways looked tired. i also felt the new buggies were excellent.
